Procedures for Withdrawal of Studies for Graduate Students

a. Please download the Application Form for Graduate Students to Discontinue the Study. Please fill in the form with authentic information and hand in the printed application form (A4 paper format) to related divisions for approval.

b. The graduate school will collect and hand in these application forms to the university administration meeting for approval.

c. After the university administration meeting has passed the application, the school/college where the applicant belongs to should go to the office of graduate school to receive the approval and should hand it to the applicant. The applicant’s file should also be transferred.

d. Applicants with withdrawal of approval should finish leaving school procedures as soon as possible. Students who withdraw from the university after an academic year study can be awarded with a certificate demonstrating their study.

Procedures for Suspension of Studies for Graduate Students

a. Please download the Request for Suspension of Studies of Graduate Students. Please fill in the form with authentic information and hand in the printed application form (A4 format) to related offices for approval. If the suspension of studies is due to illness, the applicants should provide hospital(second level A grade or higher ) evidence.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

b. Please download the Leaving (Returning to) School Form for Graduate Students and finish the procedures as required in related divisions.

c. Please hand in the Request for Suspension and the Leaving (Returning to) School form to the Graduate School for approval.

Procedures for returning to school after the expiration of suspension of studies for graduate students

a. Please download the Request for Returning to School for Graduate Students. Please fill in the form with authentic information and hand in the printed application form (A4 format) to related offices for approval. If the suspension of studies is due to illness, the applicants should provide hospital (second level A grade or higher) evidence. 

b. Please hand in the Request for Returning to School for Graduate Students to the graduate school and restore the applicant's status as a student. Then please finish the procedures listed on the Leaving (Returning to) School form in related divisions.
